The multifunctional object with predominant administration emphasizes the creation of a smart working environment consisting of interconnection with the surrounding urban and natural structures with a wide variety of relaxation zones. The building has the urban concept of a corner block. With its street part it creates a barrier against the busy road, while the courtyard part is open in the direction of a calm, visible residential zone. It communicates with both sides through a glazed parterre.
