Subsequently, after you agree with the price quote (by sending the completed form and your agreement with the price via email), the Company will prepare written documentation and send it along with a pro forma invoice and instructions to your email. After receiving the signed documents, the Company will take all necessary steps to successfully provide the ordered service (concerning the trade register, commercial register, and others).

In the case of concluding a contract, the Company also processes your personal data for the purpose of issuing a pro forma invoice and invoice and for the purpose of the Company’s accounting. If the Company records an outstanding claim from the provided service, the Company processes the relevant personal data for the purpose of recovering the claim.
