Vista Residence luxury housing project is situated below Slavín, in a lucrative villa district from the first half of the 20th century. The project is neighboured by buildings of high architectural value, mostly functioning as housing, but also as embassies and the headquarters of foreign companies.
The Vista Residence structures are built on a sloping terrain in the neighbourhood of the famous Pushkin Stairs. In the lower section of the area there is a residential building with seven flats and an underground parking garage, and in the upper section there is a family double house. For the maximum comfort of the clients the buildings are connected below ground by a connecting staircase. Each flat has its own large terrace or a front garden. The surroundings of the house have landscaping according to the design of a garden architect. As the Pushkin Stairs lead alongside the building, part of the façade serves as a base for the portrait of the famous Russian poet and writer.
