The Sokolská residence is located on a slope at the foot of Slavín, at the boundary between residential buildings and villas. This location is reflected in the scale of the building, which from the viewpoint of Sokolská Street looks like a small residential house and from the top of Okániková Street like a large urban villa.
The mass configuration is also supported by the horizontal segmentation of façades into an orthogonal composition on the top four receding floors and the wavy concrete landscape of the terraced land plot in which the building is built. The concrete waves integrate the residential loggias and terraces of the flats on the lower three floors as well as the terrain staircases and ramps into garages. The concrete landscape is overgrown by greenery. Similarly, the terraces of the orthogonal section are equipped with flower pots for low and high greenery. In addition to landscaping modifications, the flats also benefit from the views and quiet covered loggias and front gardens.
