This residential project offers luxurious living in a popular district of Bratislava. It’s a modern combination of flats, administrative and commercial premises, which allow comfortable living with civic amenities.
The complicated urban situation in Bratislava’s Kramáre, in combination with the investor’s requirements, was a challenge. The architects had the task of maintaining the connection between the city district, residential zone and church, which is located on the hill above the parcel. Public premises were created on the axis of the church – a square and monumental stairs, which will be used by the residents of Kramáre.
