Terraced housing was placed on a complex plot of land in order to utilize it as efficiently as possible. The six-times repeating mass of buildings remains dynamic in spite of rationality while responding sensitively to crowded conditions.
The mass of houses divides the longitudinal plot to the public road and the ground and visual identity, which creates a series of consistently private compact gardens and roof terraces with views of the surrounding area. The houses are designed with a focus on efficient and rational layout. The façades are divided in a purposeful, yet composed manner.
