The house is located in a new tract housing area, but its location benefits from an elevated position with a view. The proposed concept maximizes the advantages of the property, the west garden and a view of Devín Castle. This intention is reflected in the total mass as well as in the segmentation of the interior areas. The roofing evokes the vineyard character of the original development of the Devín municipality.
The interior spaces are layered around a central staircase with multiple stair landings, from which the individual parts of the house set at different elevation levels are accessible, connecting to the surrounding terrain or the roof terrace. On the ground floor the room opens onto the garden, which continues with a covered terrace. A quarter-floor above the living room is a guest tract with a roof terrace. At the half-floor there is an entrance with a double garage, which is at street level. All bedrooms have a view of and an exit to the upper terrace.
