Urbanism and architecture Čerešne is characterized by its open linear inner blocks, which allow residents to spend their free time actively in neighboring communities on the gently sloping grounds. However, the next phase of Čerešne will bring a different type of communal space. Located closest to the Sitina forest park, the Čerešne UP project will offer a unique living concept, where each owner will have access to a 500 m² rooftop terrace with a variety of features.
The rooftop terrace connects to the inner courtyards, where access to the rooftop offers space for active and community outdoor activities, including a workout area, mini golf, and a barbecue zone. This residential roof will also feature plenty of greenery for relaxation and rest, complemented by views of the surrounding nature – from the Sitinský Forest to Kamzík. In addition to direct contact with the surrounding forest and roof terrace, the architecture of Čerešne Up is also interesting for its design identity of balconies with distinctive railings and shading barriers, which allow residents to create semi-privacy and regulated views of the surroundings. Čerešne Up is another independent architectural element of a comprehensive new-generation urban residential system.
