Čerešne Lake

This multifunctional complex is located near and connects to the Čerešne urban residence in the Dúbravka district; together, they create a sustainable urban environment of high value and quality. The complex develops multi-storey and small-storey housing into a variety of collective and individual
forms of housing.

The building is divided into six blocks, the linear arrangement of which creates three inner courtyards. On the ground floor, there are commercial premises, ground floor apartments and maisonette apartments with front gardens. On the upper floors, there are apartments and
maisonettes. Two blocks have been set aside functionally to serve as boarding houses with temporary accommodation units.

The area offers sufficient green spaces as a humanization element to balance out urbanized areas. The courtyards will be used mainly for the recreation and relaxation of both residents and visitors. The concept is, among other things, the community use of the courtyard where, in addition to playgrounds for several age groups of children, the project also includes community gardens for the joint activities of the residents.
