Employment information

Job description, competences and duties

– creates PD especially in stages (architectural study, territorial decision, building permit), cooperation (tendering documentation, implementation project)
– leads the project team
– manages projects independently as Senior Project Engineer
– creates technical documentation based on assignment (text and graphics – drawing part)
– conducts technical negotiations and communication, coordination days with individual professions
– conducts technical negotiations and communication with the investor, technical supervision of the investor, contractor of the construction
– implements induced changes, etc., discusses them with professionals and, in cooperation with the internal design team of the architectural office, integrates them into the project
– creates coordinating drawing documentation (coordination drawings)
– acts as author’s supervisor
– ensures compliance with established quality standards and company procedures, STN standard requirements
– creates the schedule of project works
– conducts tenders for professions for the project and submits individual bids to the studio manager

Employee requirements

The position is suitable for candidates with the following education

– university 2nd degree
– university 3rd degree

Education in the field

– construction, architecture, construction materials

Computer skills – user

AutoCAD – advanced
Archicad; interest in BIM designing (interest in learning to work with new software); (advanced knowledge is a plus)

Driving license

– completed university education in the field of construction – civil engineering, architecture
– experience with implementation projects for at least 2 years
– experience with management of a team of professions and their coordination
– experience with author’s supervision of a construction
– experience in the field of building construction
– the ability to handle construction details
– technical thinking

– creative approach to work
– knowledge of the market for construction materials
– autonomy, ability to solve problems independently
– flexibility, active approach, initiative, ability to handle a high workload
– resistance to stress
– communication skills
